NEW TEAM MEMBER FOR FIX AUTO UK’S KEY ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

Fix Auto UK has again strengthened its Key Accounts team with the appointment of Rob Lake.

Rob joins the network with experience in senior roles within both the repair and insurance sectors, having spent 19 months as Operations Manager for UK Select and 18 years with Direct Line Group. He will work alongside Mark Bushell and report into Fix Auto UK’s Head of Key Accounts, Paul Smith.

Rob said: “Who can ignore what Fix Auto UK is achieving within our industry? It’s going to be an exciting challenge and it is one I am really looking forward to as I get to know and understand the requirements all of the insurer clients and the network.”

Commenting on Rob’s appointment, Paul added: “Having worked with Rob previously at Direct Line Group and knowing the person he is, I am certain he will be a great addition to Fix Auto UK. He has a vast amount of insurer experience which will benefit the continued improvements we have seen from our network for all accounts over the past 12 months.”
