IT’S FIX & GO FOR FIX AUTO MID DEVON

The team at Fix Auto Mid Devon have opened the network’s fourth Fix & Go centre after transforming a building directly opposite their existing award-winning Crediton bodyshop.

Just under two years since owner Louise Woolacott and her team invested £450,000 to redevelop their main bodyshop, a rapidly growing customer base created a need for the family business to consider creating additional repair capacity. 

The business decided to create a close-by express repair centre and work began on creating the new facility in late 2015.  The Fix & Go centre has been equipped with state-of-the-art lighting and heating systems, a moveable spraybrooth and new flooring, all of which will enable the centre to repair up to 20 vehicles a week.

Crucially, the new site will relieve Fix Auto Mid Devon’s main site of express repairs and in doing so, ensures it will increase its impressive repair output. 

Louise, said: “Developing our own express repair facility is the natural progression for Fix Auto Mid Devon. In all reality, we’ve experienced a phenomenal response from our insurance and fleet clients since redeveloping our main site. The new facility will allow us to triage lighter damaged vehicles that can be repaired in under two days, and in doing so it will free up the main site to carry out heavier repair jobs.”

Louise, who runs the business alongside her daughters Alena and Erika, added: “I can honestly say, being part of Fix Auto UK has made this transformation of our business happen over the last couple of years. Prior to joining the network I would never have dreamt about investing and developing the business as we have done. It’s all about having the confidence and Fix Auto has brought that, and more besides.”
