FIX AUTO UK SIGNS EXTENDED AGREEMENT WITH CO-OP INSURANCE

Fix Auto UK has announced that it has signed a new contract with Co-op Insurance, in a move that will see the network more than double the number of its bodyshops who carry out repairs for the insurer.

The new contract expands upon the service Fix Auto has been delivering via its South-West England bodyshops since 2013 and now sees Fix Auto repairers serving Co-op-insured motorists in other key regions of the UK.

Commenting on the agreement, Jim Thomas, Head of Client Relations for Fix Auto UK, said: We have been consistently performing for the Co-op Insurance team in a number of areas, namely offering a single point of contact, delivering on key service level agreements, and providing an exemplary service to their customers. These services have been delivered via our central deployment centre using our franchisees in the South West of England since 2013, and because of the strength of network, we are delighted to be able to grow our relationship by providing those services to other regions in the UK.”
