FIX AUTO UK LAUNCHES NEW ONLINE ESTIMATING SERVICE

Fix Auto UK has launched a new online platform enabling retail customers to request an estimate for repairing their vehicle straight from their smartphone.

Developed to provide a direct and convenient link between motorists and their local Fix Auto repair centres, the user-friendly online system also features a simple back office interface to help Fix Auto franchisees to easily administer the rising volume in retail enquiries that they receive.

The platform – developed in collaboration with Fix Auto World - is available both on FixAuto.com and every Fix Auto bodyshop’s own website via a ‘Get An Estimate’ link, where the customer is taken through a series of three steps – provide their registration number; upload images of the damaged area; and supply contact information.  Once submitted, the enquiry will be sent straight through to the customer’s local Fix Auto bodyshop.

Using Fix Auto’s Fix System platform, a Fix Auto bodyshop can then quickly communicate directly with the customer to provide them with an estimate based on the images received or ask the customer for further information if needed.
