FIX AUTO UK APPOINTS STEVE THOMPSON AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Fix Auto UK has appointed Steve Thompson of Industry Insights as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Reporting directly to Ian Pugh, Steve joins with extensive experience in strategic development of businesses within the automotive repair and mechanical markets.
Commenting on making the appointment, Ian said: “With a proven track record at director level for Kwik Fit, Phones 4u and Nationwide Accident Repair Services, Steve is the perfect fit in our plans to grow and develop the entire Fix Auto proposition within the UK and I welcome him on board.”

Steve has more than 20 years’ experience in the automotive sector – from windscreens and tyres and exhausts, to mechanical, body repair and accident management. He has worked at director level for Kwik Fit, Phones 4u and Nationwide.
Early in his career Steve transformed the national franchised business, Silver Shield Windscreens, into a wholly owned entity of Kwik Fit. He became the youngest Divisional Director of Kwik Fit, and, at Nationwide Network Services.
