FIX AUTO UK ACQUIRES A NEW REPAIR CENTRE IN DAVENTRY

Fix Auto UK is pleased to announce that it has acquired its first wholly owned independent repair centre.

The organisation has purchased Daventry Panel Craft Ltd and the 10,000 sq ft bodyshop will transition to Fix Auto Daventry. The decision follows Fix Auto UK’s announcement last summer that revealed it had taken a majority share in existing franchisee Fix Auto Goole – a business model Fix Auto UK’s Ian Pugh described as “blended ownership” during the organisation’s 2018 National Conference.

Fix Auto Daventry adds to the already growing network which has seen 10 new franchisees join during the last 12 months.

Ian said: “I’m pleased to announce this latest move which is a significant development for Fix Auto UK in our strategy to create scale, either by recruiting new franchisees or via acquisition. This is the start of an exciting new chapter for our business, which will futureproof our network in the UK and open up a number of opportunities for us”.
