FIX AUTO DAGENHAM WIN CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD FOR SECOND SUCCESSIVE YEAR

Fix Auto Dagenham were once again crowned award winners for the Fix Auto UK network after winning the Gallagher Bassett Customer Service Award during last night’s British Bodyshop Awards for the second successive year.

Directors Paul Cunningham and Neil Parker were joined by colleagues Scott Dunnell, Colin Rogers and Tony Arnold and collected their award from TV star Gyles Brandreth in front of more than 870 guests at the Battersea Evolution venue.

Fix Auto UK was also represented on the night by fellow finalists Fix Auto Leeds, Keighley and Bradford who were in the running for the Ageas Supplier Evolution Award, as well as Fix Auto Plymouth and Fix Auto Rochdale, who were finalists for the AXA Bodyshop of the Year Award. Fix Auto Sutton-in-Ashfield was also named among the five finalists for the Covéa Repairer of the Year. 

Paul said: “We are absolutely delighted. To win this award is a fantastic achievement but to win it again for the second successive year, well that really is special. I know it’s a well used cliché, but tonight’s success is really down to the hard work, determination and dedication of everyone at Fix Auto Dagenham and I can’t thank them enough along with everyone at Fix Auto UK for their continued support.”
