FIX AUTO UK’S TREBLE TRIUMPH AT NBRA AWARDS

Fix Auto Rochester and Fix Auto Penzance were presented with Silver awards in recognition of their concerted efforts in providing a sustainable repair service.

However, one of the biggest cheers of the evening was held for Fix Auto Luton who, under the guidance of consultants Purchase Direct, received the coveted Carbon Footprint Award for an Independently Owned Repair Centre. The award recognised that the Bedfordshire repairer had recorded the lowest possible carbon footprint of a bodyshop.

A delighted Stuart Cameron, owner of Fix Auto Penzance who made the long trip to the West Midlands Safari Park, said: “We have long embraced the whole ethos of running an eco-friendly business. This is the latest in what has been a long list of awards that recognise those efforts and we really couldn’t be happier.”

Mo Givian, Director of Fix Auto Luton, added: “I am absolutely thrilled by the award. Over the last two years or so we have made seismic changes to our business to ensure we lower our carbon footprint as much as we can. We owe it to ourselves, to the industry but, most importantly, to our future generations to lead by example.”
