FIX AUTO UK RECORDS SECOND DOUBLE FRANCHISEE SIGNING

Three weeks after revealing two new additions in the North West of England, Fix Auto UK has completed another double… this time targeting the opposite side of the country with the recruitment of Fix Auto Norwich and Fix Auto Peterborough.

Owned by Chris Hammond and Duncan Exton and managed by Neil Breame, Fix Auto Norwich is housed in a 8,000 sq ft bodyshop featuring two spraybooths – one of which dedicated to high-sided vehicles and LCVs – and 12 work-bays. The site has been a venue for repairing vehicles since the early 1960’s.

“We have been working towards joining Fix Auto UK for some considerable time,” said Chris, “In order to join the network we relocated our previous business to make way for our Fix Auto operation.

“We know how important it is for Fix Auto UK to have a presence here on the east coast so we have effectively created a whole new business complete with a new team. It really is an exciting move for us, if all goes according to plan, we aim to become the network’s latest multi-site operation by expanding into other areas of our region.”

Fix Auto Peterborough is a 5,500 sq ft purpose-built repair centre situated behind four car dealerships all owned by the Smith family. Until now, the facility primarily served the Renault, Nissan, Hyundai and Vauxhall outlets but, on joining the network, it will broaden its appeal to retail customers and Fix Auto UK’s insurers. It will be managed by Barry Monk.
