Communication, customer service, high standard and team are just prime examples of recurring keywords used by reviewers to reflect Fix Auto UK and the service delivered by its franchise partners as it records its 1,000th Trustpilot customer review.

The recent introduction of Trustpilot’s automated service for non-centrally managed repairs encourages customers to appraise their experience within two days of work being completed which has further increased the number of reviews being received each day and has enabled Fix Auto UK to reach the milestone just six months after introducing the online review platform to its network.

Fix Auto Luton recorded the network’s 1,000 review with the customer citing ‘Excellent experience. Courteous and informative throughout the repair process and the work was completed slightly ahead of schedule at my request. Highly Recommend.’

Since January, its overall TrustScore has risen to an industry-leading 4.8 out of five, rating Fix Auto UK and its partners as excellent for customer service delivered. Eighty nine per cent of all reviews received have been rated as Excellent.

Trustpilot is arguably the global leader in providing consumers with a public platform to write down their unbiased feedback.
