FIX AUTO UK LAUNCHES REPAIR INDUSTRY PODCAST

Fix Auto UK has launched its own podcast, Behind The Repairer.

In the first of what will be regular airings, Ian Pugh opens with a transparent and honest interview in line with Fix Auto UK’s core values, where he discusses his strategies for future-proofing a repair business along with his thoughts on innovation and the foundations needed for further growth.

In addition, the 40-minute episode features Dean Lander, Head of Repair Sector Services at Thatcham, who provides a thorough insight into the fast development of Advance Driver Assistance Systems, in particular what it will mean for repairers in terms of training and equipment as well as how it is impacting the market as a whole.

Milly Bartholomew, Fix Auto UK’s Marketing Manager said: “We have launched the podcast to give us an additional touch point with not only our network but the industry. We saw there was a gap in the market for this as many do not have the spare time to keep up with all the industry reports and releases. The podcast is a simple way to get lots of detail across in a short space of time - ultimately, we would like to get people thinking! We have lots of interesting topics and themes planned for the year which should appeal to all within the sector.
