FIX AUTO UK AND ITS FRANCHISE PARTNERS RECORD 2,500TH TRUSTPILOT REVIEW

Fix Auto UK’s presence on Trustpilot has stepped up yet another a gear - with the network recording its 2,500th customer review.

Significantly, the milestone has been achieved less than four months after celebrating its 1,000th customer review and 10 months after initially turning to the leading digital online review platform to cement its position as the vehicle repair sector’s leading network for delivering the highest levels of customer service.

And while the network’s Trustpilot presence continues to gain pace, its overall review standing – or Trustscore - is recorded as 4.7 out of five, rating Fix Auto UK and its Franchise Partners as excellent for its customer service delivered. More than 90 per cent of all reviews submitted were rated as either four or five stars.

Ian Pugh, Fix Auto UK’s Managing Director, said: “What an achievement. I have stated before that, while we believed with total conviction that our Franchise Partners delivered the highest levels of customer service possible, with more than 2,500 reviews recorded and with a score of 4.7 rating us as good or excellent, we now have the data in black and white to underpin our belief.

“Trustpilot is a public review platform which is policed by the organisation itself. The transparency of Trustpilot reflects our core values and we endeavour to respond to every single review including the instances where we need to improve. Every review we take constructively and it’s great to see individual staff members mentioned in reviews.”
