An apprenticeship at a Fix Auto UK site offers an exciting opportunity to start a rewarding career in the vehicle repair industry. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a real working environment, learning alongside skilled professionals while following a structured college programme tailored to your chosen discipline. You’ll also develop a strong understanding of the wider operations of a modern body shop, building the practical skills, work ethic, and teamwork needed to succeed in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

In a nutshell you’ll receive:
- End-to-end support – we’ll help find you the ideal bodyshop for you and we’ll provide you with a specialist support team to ensure you realise your full potential
- Bespoke classroom learning and exclusive “money-can’t-buy” experiences curated by our very own Fix Auto UK HQ team.
- Insight sessions with our senior team to understand how your role in the bodyshop contributes to our overall brand success
- On-site training and learning delivered by trusted provider Auto Assess, blending hands-on experience with modern online learning to ensure you gain skills directly relevant to your bodyshop
- You’ll join a cohort of like minded people who could be the next generation of our leaders.

Technical Heroes
- MET Technician (Mechanical, Electrical & Trim) Level 3 – Typically 30 months
- Panel Technician Level 3 – Typically 30 months
- Paint Technician Level 3 – Typically 30 months
Customer Champions
- Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) Level 4 – Typically 24 months
- Bodyshop Administrator Level 3 – Typically 12 months
- Customer Service Administrator Level 3 – Typically 12 months
- Parts Administrator Level 3 – Typically 12 months
