An apprenticeship at a Fix Auto UK site offers an exciting opportunity to start a rewarding career in the vehicle repair industry. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a real working environment, learning alongside skilled professionals while following a structured college programme tailored to your chosen discipline. You’ll also develop a strong understanding of the wider operations of a modern body shop, building the practical skills, work ethic, and teamwork needed to succeed in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

OUR APPRENTICESHIPS

We offer apprenticeships in the following areas:

Technical Heros

Level 3 MET Technician

Removing and refitting damaged mechanical and electrical components on a car before and after body repair work has been carried out.

Level 3 Panel Technician

Demonstrating expert working knowledge in relation to the removal, repair and replacement of vehicle body panels.

Level 3 Paint Technician

Preparing, spraying and finishing vehicles that have been involved in collisions and other incidents.

Customer Champions

Level 3 Business Administration: Parts Advisor

Sourcing and managing vehicle components to support workshop efficiency, satisfy customer needs, and ensure smooth business operations.

Level 3 Business Administration: Customer Service Advisor

Acting as the primary customer contact, coordinating communication with the workshop, and gaining hands-on exposure to vehicle damage estimating.

Level 4 Vehicle Damage Assessor

Inspecting collision damage, generating precise repair estimates and liaising with insurers, customers and workshop teams to ensure efficient, high-quality vehicle repairs.
