In December 2012, Fix Auto Weston-Super-Mare was named as the network’s 2012 Bodyshop of the Year during a glitzy industry event staged by Fix Auto UK.
In picking up the prestigious award, we came top out of 63 franchise operations from around the UK after consistently scoring either nine or 10-out-of-10 in a customer feedback survey measuring workmanship, customer satisfaction and service. Particular mention was given to our investment in continual training and technology to meet vehicle manufacturers' standards and changing industry needs.
Commenting on the award, Managing Director Tony Atkins said: "Customer service is vitally important to us, so I am extremely proud to say we consistently achieved a net promoter score of 9 or the maximum 10 from our post-repair customer satisfaction surveys. We recognise the customer wants their vehicle repaired correctly, safely and as quickly as possible without any hassle."
Presenting the Bodyshop of the Year Award at the Fix Auto Awards Evening, Fix Auto UK Managing Director Ian Pugh, said: "With 75 per cent coverage of the UK market we are leading the way by continually setting ever higher standards within Fix Auto. However, delivery is the key and that's what these guys do. I am delighted to present this well-deserved award to Tony and his team at Fix Auto Weston-Super-Mare."
