Fix Auto UK Joins the Influential Automotive 30% Club

Fix Auto UK has reaffirmed its commitment to driving meaningful and measurable change by joining the Automotive 30% Club as Silver Members.

This significant milestone places Managing Director Ian Pugh among 72 forward-thinking CEOs and MDs across the automotive industry, all dedicated to the shared goal of ensuring at least 30 per cent of key leadership and decision-making roles are held by women.

Fix Auto UK’s involvement follows an inspiring milestone in 2024, when Fix Auto       Mid Devon’s Finance Director, Alena Woolacott, was celebrated as one of the Automotive 30% Club’s Inspiring Automotive Women. Her recognition highlights the company’s ongoing efforts to champion gender diversity and paved the way for this formal collaboration.

Founded by Julia Muir in 2016, the Automotive 30% Club focuses on increasing female representation in the sector. This announcement underscores Fix Auto UK’s commitment to fostering sustainable, well-positioned businesses that attract, retain, and advance a gender-diverse workforce across its network.

Currently, the manufacturers, retailers, financing, leasing and other companies within the Automotive 30% Club are just two per cent shy of achieving their collective goal. By joining the initiative, Fix Auto UK is poised to play a pivotal role, sharing best practices and setting an example with an impressive 40 per cent of its leadership and decision-making roles already held by women.

This strategic collaboration reflects Fix Auto UK’s vision for a more inclusive and innovative future in the automotive industry.
