Fix Auto Loughborough Receive Stellantis Approval

Fix Auto Loughborough has added Stellantis to its vehicle manufacturer approval programme.
Having previously held the approvals for Vauxhall, Peugeot and Citroën for more than a decade, extending the portfolio to encompass the entire Stellantis stable of marques was the obvious move for the Leicestershire repairer.
The combination of Stellantis and VAG Group along with Kia and Mitsubishi which the business has held for a long time, Fix Auto Loughborough has VM approval for close on 48 per cent of vehicles parked in UK car parks.
Owner Paul Smith, said: “Having previously held the approvals for Vauxhall, Peugeot and Citroën, we have a legion returning of customers who are always seeking that extra confidence when handing their car keys over, stepping up and undergoing the VM process for the entire Stellantis stable of vehicles was the next move for us. We have had to invest in some new equipment and additional training for the team, but apart from that I am delighted to say the whole process has been seamless.”
Commenting on the appointment, Greg Watson, Northern Regional Bodyshop Development Manager for Stellantis, added: “Paul and his team run an extremely tight ship with a terrific team of highly experienced repairers on the shop floor supported by a great customer service team. They have all risen to every challenge we ask of all who carry the Stellantis Approval.”
