FIX AUTO UK’S NIGHT OF CELEBRATION AT 2023 NBRA GREENER BODYSHOP AWARDS

Fix Auto UK celebrated another evening of success during the sixth annual NBRA Green Awards held at the Alton Towers Theme Park last night with four repairers being recognised for their continued environmental efforts.
Having received Greener Bodyshop Shop Silver Awards in 2021 and 2022, Fix Auto Penzance went one better by having their ongoing efforts to become one of the country’s leading environmentally friendly sites recognised by receiving a coveted Gold Award.
Fix Auto Rochester repeated their 2022 success with another Silver Award and were also named as NBRA Charity Award finalists in recognition for their charitable work. Unfortunately, owner Robert Dearnaley was unable to attend the event but his award was collected by Fix Auto UK’s Business Development Manager Martin Willis.  Silver Awards were also presented to brothers James and Ed Gore of Fix Auto Manchester East who recently celebrated gaining their PAS 2060 certificate given to those repairers who reach carbon neutral status and Erika Woolacott and Dom Lamb of Fix Auto Mid Devon.    
A delighted Fix Auto Penzance owner Stuart Cameron, who also was unable to attend the event, said: “We have long been working towards transforming our entire operation into a more sustainable and as ecologically friendly as possible. We are extremely proud of our achievements along the way, though we still have long way to go. Being recognised once again by the industry is really humbling and I truly thank the NBRA.”
A delighted Erika commented: “It’s always nice to receive recognition for the work we do. As a company we have totally embraced the whole ‘greener’ concept. It’s yet another great night for our business and the Fix Auto network.”
