FIX AUTO UK KICKS OFF 2024 WITH KEY APPOINTMENT TO FURTHER BOOST ITS POSITION WITHIN LONDON AND THE HOME COUNTIES

Fix Auto UK has again further bolstered its position inside the M25 corridor with the appointment of K&R Coachworks.   
Owned by Rash Panesar, the Hertfordshire business will now operate as Fix Auto St Albans.
Though he’ll be regarded as the last new Franchise Partner of 2023, Rash is no newcomer to the organisation as was initially introduced to the Fix Auto concept – that of independently-owned repairers coming together to form a single-branded network – way back during the early 2000’s when he joined a small party of repairers who enjoyed a presentation by Fix Auto founder Jean Delisle.
By his frank admission, Fix Auto UK just wasn’t right for him then. Today, however, is a completely different story as he is now focussed on further developing and even expanding his business.  
Fix Auto St Albans is a 6,000 sq ft bodyshop with 12 work bays, two spraybooths and two thirds of an acre of secure parking and currently repairs, on average, 100 vehicles a month. Rash wants to increase that to 130.
Commenting on his decision to join the network, Rash said: “Our reputation for high quality repairs and delivering a great customer service is second to none and that’s because I’ve worked tirelessly ‘in’ the business. But I now feel it is time I worked ‘on’ the business and I’m honest with myself to know I need help, support and guidance from industry experts to fulfil my ambitions which include developing a second site nearby.
“I went to Fix Auto UK’s National Conference in May and was completely bowled over by the whole experience. It really was incredible to see so many repairers rubbing shoulders and simply getting on. It really did take me back to all those years when I heard the presentation by the Fix Auto founder and it made me think how his concept had come to reality and I just knew I needed to be part of it.”
