FIX AUTO UK FURTHER CEMENTS ITS LEADING POSITION IN SOUTH WALES WITH THE APPOINTMENT OF NEATH REPAIRER

Fix Auto UK has further cemented its position as the dominant repairer in South Wales with the appointment of Select Accident Repair Centre which will now operate as Fix Auto Neath.
Founded by Kevin Joseph and Kevin Davies, the duo signed papers to join the network shortly before Christmas following a period of major investment which also involved relocating to a new site in preparation for what they believe to be the “next chapter” since forming their business seven years ago.
As Franchise Partners, joining the network as a full-branded business is the culmination of a two-year business plan since they first became involved with the network as a second tier support centre.
In 2022 and, attracted by their reputation of repairing vehicles to the highest standards and with their BSI 10125 accreditation recently acquired, they were introduced to the fold as one of the network’s ‘second’ tier support bodyshops – a move that only further fuelled their ambitions to join as a fully-branded Franchise Partner. However, by their own admission, their previous building which had no scope to develop didn’t fit their own requirements or convey the right image.
Today, they are now fully operational in a 6,000 sq ft bodyshop sitting within two-thirds of an acre of totally secure ground nestling beside the River Neath.
“We have known of Fix Auto UK for an awful long time,” said Kevin Davies, “in fact, I used to work for a Partner well over 13 years ago. Like so many repairers who have joined, we are ambitious, but we also recognise we need business help, support and guidance to reach our full potential.”
Kevin Joseph added: “Since day one, we have always said we wouldn’t rush into anything, that we would take small steps in growing and developing the business. The foundation of everything has always been to repair vehicles to the highest standards possible and it is through that and our reputation locally that has helped us to steadily progress.
“Acting as a second-tier support centre really gave us a great insight into the benefits of being part of                Fix Auto UK but, in being honest with ourselves, we knew we needed to relocate into a far superior building, a building that not only enables us to further develop the business, but one which really provides us with the image that supports our credibility of being a first class repairer.”
