Fix Auto UK Welcomes Record-Breaking ‘Class of 2025’ Apprentice Cohort

Fix Auto UK marked a new milestone yesterday as they proudly inducted the ‘Class of 2025’ Apprentices to the Fix Family and officially began their journeys into the automotive repair sector.

The 44 new recruits gathered at 3M’s Head Office in Bracknell and were joined by Fix Auto UK and 3M leadership, Franchise Partners, Apprenticeship Central and Auto Assess team members.

The ‘Class of 2025’ marks the largest single recruitment in Fix Auto UK’s 20 year history and reinforces its long-standing commitment to developing the next generation of talent within the vehicle repair sector.

The event was hosted in partnership with long-term supporters 3M and Apprenticeship Central who sourced the 52 recruits across 29 Franchise Partners as well as Auto Assess who will be delivering the curriculum. The apprenticeships roles will encompass paint and panel technicians, vehicle damage assessors, customer service and administration.

The day celebrated the next generation as well as give them an insight into the industry and the resources that are invested in them. The Class of 2025 joins the 200 apprentices who are already enjoying successful early careers across the organisation’s repairers.

Throughout the day, the new recruits were officially welcomed into The Group and introduced to its core values, standards and continual innovation that defines the organisation. Featuring motivational presentations, hands-on sessions and networking opportunities within senior leadership and training partners, the on-boarding event provided an immediate and strong foundation for the apprentices’ professional development.
