TAKUMA from SAN DIEGO We didn't have a good experience. We had used shops like Caliber or Eldorado and never had any issues. We typically filed insurance claim dropped the car off then picked up after 2 weeks or so. No issues no drama. But our experience at Fix it poway was not something we wanted to repeat especially my encounter with Rick. However Andrew (assistant nanager) was good and cordial.
