Here’s how the program works. When you come in and drop your vehicle off, we’ll provide you with an accurate and complete estimate and at the same time provide you with a guarantee date when you’re vehicle will be ready for pick-up. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet this guarantee date, the rental car is on us from this point on, regardless if your insurance company is paying.
