Besides the exemplary service I was given this location is "new" so the waiting room is very comfortable with free coffee/tea and TV to watch. Above all it was only 2 blocks away from Enterprise rental car where i picked up my vehicle. All the other shops in Oakland the rental places were either a 1/2 to a mile away.
