At every Fix Auto USA location, the safety and health of every visitor, customer, partner, and store associate is our highest priority. Guidance and recommendations from the CDC and local public health officials will be strictly followed as we adjust in these very fluid times.

First, you should know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic very seriously. Like our own vehicles, yours is an essential connection to your own personal health and safety. So, having reliable transportation is an essential need in daily activities. We’re here to ensure your vehicle is safely back on the road as quickly as possible.

At each of our locations, we’re taking a wide-range of action to ensure your safety:

• Each location is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
• All associates are required to wash their hands, as often as possible, with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use hand sanitizer.
• We will maintain adequate space between all personal interactions.
• You will be greeted without a handshake, but a warm “Hello, and welcome to Fix Auto!”
• When you arrive, please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle (phone chargers, garage door openers, backpacks, sunglasses, etc.).
• Your vehicle will be disinfected twice: once at drop-off and again at pick-up. We’re paying particular attention to buttons, levers, knobs, and high-touch surfaces.
• Your steering wheel and driver’s seat will be covered in plastic during repairs for your safety.
• Paperwork can be printed or emailed to you based on your preference.

We’re also happy to offer alternative services to help you with your repair needs. Through our Fix Signature Care program, we’ll come to you—wherever you are—and drop-off a rental car and return your vehicle to our location. Visit fixsignaturecare.com for more details. Or, we’re happy to offer Curbside Concierge. When you arrive, simply call the shop, and we’ll meet you in the comfort of your own vehicle. Park anywhere in our lot or on the curb.
