Fix Auto UK Surpasses 25,000 Trustpilot Reviews While Retaining ‘Excellent’ Rating

Fix Auto UK has passed another major customer service milestone, becoming the first and only vehicle repairer in the UK to record more than 25,000 customer reviews on Trustpilot.

Significantly, the Group firmly maintains its to hold on its ‘Excellent’ 4.7-star rating – a standing it has held since first embracing the world’s leading online review platform six years ago and further demonstrates the increase in feedback has been matched by a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

In essence, more than 25,000 customers have taken the time to share their experience after turning to Fix Auto UK Franchise Partners country wide – providing an unprecedented, publicly visible, measure of customer satisfaction across the Group.
