Fix Auto UK Leads the Way with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 Certifications

Fix Auto UK has successfully achieved both ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications, becoming the first organisation in the vehicle repair sector to gain the dual recognition at the same time.  

The double accreditation recognises The Group’s dedication and commitment to protecting data and delivering consistent, industry-leading services.

These internationally recognised standards mark a significant milestone for Fix Auto UK and reinforces its dedication and commitment to information security and quality management. ISO 27001 certifies its robust information security management systems, ensuring customer and business data is protected to the highest level. ISO 9001 demonstrates the effectiveness of the company’s quality management systems and dedication to consistently delivering high-quality services.

To gain the accreditations, led by Gary Churcher, Fix Auto UK’s Head of Systems and IT, The Group has had to undertake a series of rigorous assessments of processes, systems and controls. It directly follows its stance on its continuous investment in the latest IT security systems, enhanced risk assessment management strategies and further standardised operational procedures to meet the demanding criteria set by ISO.
