Fix Auto UK Hits Another Historical Milestone As Fix Auto Swindon Becomes the Network’s 130th Repair Centre

Five weeks after commemorating its 20^th anniversary, Fix Auto UK is celebrating yet another historical milestone with the recruitment of its 130^th Franchise Partner.  

The network has welcomed Smart Car UK Car Body Repairs in Swindon to the network. Established by owner Phil Merritt since 2007, it will now operate as Fix Auto Swindon.

The latest appointment – the sixth of the year to date – is the network’s highest number of Franchise Partners ever.

The 20,000sq ft bodyshop houses two spraybooths – one for commercial vehicles – and is staffed by a team of 20 and is unique to the network for it also houses secure internal parking. Managed by David McCarthy, the site has a capacity to repair up 30 vehicles a week.

This latest appointment again underscores the continuous momentum of the brand’s strategic expansion and further cements Fix Auto UK as the largest network of independently owned repair centres in the country. Geographically, Fix Auto Swindon complements the network’s established repairers Fix Auto Bristol, Fix Auto  Newbury and Fix Auto Gloucester and is perfectly placed to serve motorists across Wiltshire.
