Fix Auto UK Further Builds on its Bristol Presence with Addition of Phoenix Accident Repair Centre

Fix Auto UK has further strengthened its position as a leading repairer in Bristol with the appointment of Phoenix Accident Repair Centre, a business whose own story of growth and transformation perfectly mirrors its well-used metaphor.

Owned and managed by Wayne Morgan and John Chancellor, the repair centre has ‘risen’ into the Fix Auto UK Group and will now operate as Fix Auto Bristol East, becoming the organisation’s third repair facility serving the historic city’s motorists alongside Fix Auto Bristol North and Fix Auto Bristol Central.

Like the legendary phoenix that emerges stronger from the ashes, the business has undergone a significant evolution in recent years. Today, the impressive 22,000 sq ft operation comprises two adjoining units and is already repairing up to 250 vehicles per month, including LCVs, with capacity to accommodate further growth as demand increases.  

Demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement, Wayne recently secured an adjoining building and created a dedicated thoroughfare between the two units, ensuring a seamless workflow and significantly increasing productivity for his team of 20 technicians.
