Fix Auto UK Creates Head of Service Delivery RoleAs Steve Lawrence Steps Up

Fix Auto UK has appointed its highly respected Regional Business Manager Steve Lawrence to the newly created role of Head of Service Delivery with immediate effect.

Reporting directly to Operations Director Mark Hutchins, Steve – who celebrates his 50th birthday next month – has led the Group’s award-winning Region Three since joining the organisation in January 2020. Prior to joining Fix Auto UK, he served as Group Operations Director overseeing Fix Auto Spalding, Fix Auto Huntingdon and Fix Auto Peterborough before their then owner, Phil Whitaker, sold the businesses and retired from the industry.

Bringing decades of industry experience, extensive operational expertise and an unwavering focus on service excellence, Steve will now lead the Group’s newly established Service Delivery division. The department, which will be further strengthened through a number of strategic appointments, has been created to ensure the services provided by Fix Auto UK continue to evolve in line with the needs of its insurer and industry partners, while supporting the organisation’s ambitious growth plans.

A key focus of the new division will be enhancing the level of support available to new Franchise Partners, ensuring they immediately benefit from increased guidance and resources as the Group continues to expand nationwide. A successor for Steve’s RBM role is currently being sought.
