Fix Auto Dagenham Announces Promotion of Scott Dunnell to Group Operations Director

Fix Auto Dagenham is proud to announce the promotion of Scott Dunnell to the role of Group Operations Director.

The new position will ensure the popular Scot steps up from the company’s six-strong Management Team to sit within the Group’s Leadership Team’s alongside company shareholders Chris Oliver, Neil Parker and Paul Cunningham with a directive to steer both Fix Auto Dagenham and Fix Auto Hainault repair centres through their next phase of growth and innovation.

Scott’s journey with the repairer began in 2012 and over the past 13 years he has played a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s continued success. Starting as a Vehicle Damage Assessor, his dynamic approach to the business ensured his continual rise through the ranks demonstrating a relentless drive for operational excellence and an unwavering commitment to both team members and customers. In 2019, Bodyshop Magazine named Scott as its Bodyshp Manager of the Year

Throughout his career with the business, Scott has been instrumental in driving key strategic initiatives, including the successful implementation of a four-day working week and the seamless integration of Fix Auto Hainault into the group. His calm leadership, deep industry expertise and passion for continuous improvement have consistently elevated performance across all levels of the organisation.
