FIX AUTO UK ACHIEVES FIRST MAJOR TRUSTPILOT MILESTONE

Fix Auto UK has achieved its first significant Trustpilot milestone after receiving its 500th customer review on the platform.

Impressively, the network’s overall TrustScore on the global customer review platform is recorded at 4.7 out of five, rating Fix Auto UK and its franchise partners as excellent for the customer service delivered. Eighty nine per cent of all reviews that have been submitted were rated as either ‘Good’ or ‘Excellent’.

Commenting on the immediate success, Fix Auto UK’s Managing Director Ian Pugh said: “We launched our working partnership with Trustpilot towards the end of last year and I’m thrilled to say we have accrued more than 500 organic customer reviews. The vast majority are hugely positive and confirm that our partners consistently deliver what we believe to be industry leading levels of service.

“Trustpilot provides a platform where customers use their own initiative and write down their objective, unbiased feedback. We teamed up with Trustpilot knowing we would be placing ourselves on arguably the biggest online forum of them all where anyone can leave feedback for us – positive or negative – as long as they’ve interacted with our brand. While receiving glowing reviews is extremely rewarding, genuine criticism is healthy and shows where we can also learn and improve going forward. I am delighted with the feedback and amazed by the number of personal mentions of people within our network who went the extra mile for a customer. I think this type of advocacy for our brand is invaluable and Trustpilot has allowed for our amazing service to be showcased for all to see.”

Ian added: “When we launched on Trustpilot last October we said it was a new chapter for Fix Auto UK and the industry. We would not have achieved our instant success without the drive and commitment of Grace Weddell, who joined our strategy and communications team last summer to maximise engagement with the platform with both franchise partner and the consumer, or without the support of our franchise partners who have embraced this innovation.”
