20,000 Verified Trustpilot Reviews Rating Fix Auto UK as Excellent

Fix Auto UK has raised the bar once again – becoming the first and only vehicle repair network in the country to achieve 20,000 customer reviews on Trustpilot, the world’s leading independent review platform.

In just under four years since embracing Trustpilot, the organisation has not only collectively reached the landmark but, crucially, maintained its ‘Excellent’ 4.7 star rating, a clear testament to the consistent, industry-leading, service delivered by every Franchise Partner.

And in passing the major milestone, Managing Director Ian Pugh paid tribute to every Franchise Partner for embracing Trustpilot since boldly and publicly linking with it in 2022.

Commenting on the achievement Ian, said: “Securing 20,000 reviews is nothing short of phenomenal.
