Well-known for his role on popular TV shows First Dates, the Gordon, Gino and Fred series and, more recently, his stint in the Australian jungle as one of the I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here ‘celebs’, the Frenchman is not only a charismatic personality for the small screen but also an award-winning professional in the art of customer service. His insights into creating memorable customer experiences and building lasting relationships will undoubtedly inspire and resonate with Fix Auto UK conference attendees. 

As general manager of the Michelin-starred Galvin at Windows eatery, he led the business to numerous accolades including Hotel Restaurant of the Year and the Award for Food Service at the critically acclaimed AA awards.  

Justin is regarded as a visionary leader who has held various senior positions at leading companies including M&S, Asda, Häagen-Dazs, Pepsi and Mars. However, it is his pivotal role in reversing Sainsbury’s fortunes and transforming the company back into being one of the UK’s most successful retailers during his tenure as CEO that he is corporately famed for. Justin’s strategic acumen and transformative leadership style will provide invaluable perspectives for Fix Auto UK Franchise Partners looking to navigate and excel in the ever-evolving repair sector. 

American Rex is viewed as a far-sighted expert in the world of corporate finance and investment – with a specific portfolio that has encompassed the automotive aftermarket sector – his appearance dovetails perfectly with the constant stream of investments and developments by Franchise Partners. Having spent a decade at Advest, Inc., where during various periods Rex served as Co-Head of Investment Banking, Head of Consumer Investment Banking (inclusive of the automotive aftermarket) and Head of Technology Investment Banking.  He was previously Partner-In-Charge of corporate finance for the New England region of KPMG Peat Marwick LLP.  Over the past twenty years, while focusing almost exclusively on the automotive aftermarket, he has worked closely with some of the leading companies in the collision ecosystem globally including Caliber, Boyd/Gerber, Service King, Driven Brands, CCC, Mitchell, LKQ, Cary Group, Dent Wizard and Car-o-Liner to name but a few.
