If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would!
I initially went to another auto shop (Assured Auto on Bank), and while their customer service was positive, I found they were not proactive and their timeline to resolve bordered on the absurd. It seemed to me they were over capacity. Prior to my visit, I had my vehicle inspected by my manufacture’s dealer which included a report with some very helpful information like the damage and parts needed. Assured would only visually inspect the vehicle (early December), book my repair appointment (February!) and order new parts if needed then and I’d need to wait for another repair appointment likely months out from February.
I needed to say all the above so you will understand why FixAuto is night and day a better auto shop. When I arrived there, they took my manufacture’s report and asked if I’d mind if they performed a thorough inspection to ensure they identified all the parts (very proactive) and of course I agreed. I was prepared to wait and walk around the area but they have a shuttle and graciously offered to bring me anywhere and return me once the inspection was complete.
Next, they worked with my insurance and booked me two weeks out (amazing!) but as it was the holidays and the manufacturer didn’t have the parts yet, it got pushed out another two weeks. The whole time Mikaela and the team kept me and my insurance company updated.
Had my vehicle fixed Jan 14th and I’m very impressed with the work, front looks brand new!
