Fix Auto bears the deductible amount on behalf of the customer, or part of it, as follows:
- If the amount is less than 15,000 riyals, Fix Auto will bear the customer’s deductible amount up to 1,500 riyals.
- If the amount is between 15,000 riyals and 30,000 riyals, Fix Auto will bear the customer’s deductible amount up to 3,000 riyals.
- If the amount exceeding 30,000 riyals, Fix Auto will bear the customer’s deductible amount up to 5,000 riyals.
If there is no bearing amount, two maintenances will be performed free of charge for a year according to the brand’s agency system.
In the event of a delay in repair, the customer will be provided with a replacement vehicle.

After repair, the vehicle will be completely polished.
