				5 stars is not enough for Fix Auto. They go above and beyond.

Before colliding with a deer, I had met George about getting the interior of my vehicle fixed. After colliding with a deer, I started speaking to Jessica.

George deserves 5 stars himself. I don't believe that he is your typical business owner. While talking to George he was honest. He noticed I was getting upset and offered advice, kind words, and more compassion than anyone knows how to give. I believe he is there to HELP.

Next, Jessica was amazing as well. She was helpful and pushed to get everything I needed, even if I didn't know I needed it! I appreciate how much time she put in to let me know how the repairs were going.

Finally, the shop. Whoever worked on my vehicle did a great job, and did it quickly! My vehicle looks better than it did before the collision.

In the future, Fix Auto will be my first call!

				Would highly recommend Fix Auto in Oak Bay. From the owner George to the admin my experience was the best. The assessment was done in no time, they connected with my insurance company and the next week I was set for my appointment. When I dropped my car off the rental company was right there to pick me up and when i returned I left the rental at Fix Auto. A+ for customer service and my vehicle looked brand new.

				Fix Auto Oak Bay did an incredible job repairing a section of my quarter panel that had rusted.



When I initially brought it in, they took a quick look, including the owner George, who made time to look at it himself. He assured me that I would not be able to tell where they replaced the section. They were extremely quick returning a quote to me.



They booked me in and had the job completed in 48 hours! Couldn't believe how fast they got it done. When I picked it up, you couldn't tell they had replaced it, it looked good as new!



They stuck to their quote, and didn't charge me a cent more. When I got in, I found it had been cleaned and freshened up.



They delivered 5 star service and went above and beyond. I can't recommend them enough.
