Truly the Best Auto Body Experience I’ve Ever Had.
I’m originally from Calgary, Alberta but I go to university in Kelowna, and right before Halloween a new driver hit my car, causing a lot of damage to the back corner. I was stressed, far from home, and worried about dealing with repairs, especially since my insurance is from another province.
I called multiple auto body shops in Kelowna for quotes and appointments, and most couldn’t see me for weeks or said repairs could take months. When I called Fix Auto Kelowna, they got me in within five minutes. From that very first moment, the entire experience was exceptional.
Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about my concerns. Throughout the entire process I was kept up to date, which gave me so much peace of mind.
I want to give a big shout out to Marq, the manager, and Tyesha at the front desk, both of whom were absolutely amazing. Every time I called or came in, they made me feel comfortable and respected. Marq walked me through exactly what was wrong with the car and what needed to be repaired in a way that made sense to someone who knows nothing about cars. He never talked down to me, unlike one other shop in Kelowna that left me feeling brushed off. Tyesha was incredibly warm, helpful, and patient every single time I spoke with her. She truly made the whole experience even better.
Fix Auto Kelowna also handled everything with my out-of-province insurance, which relieved so much stress, and the repair was done quickly and with fantastic quality. My car looks completely brand new.
I would recommend this shop to absolutely anyone. Thank you so much to Marq and Tyesha, you both turned a stressful situation into an incredibly positive experience. Truly the best service I’ve ever had.

Very friendly and helpful staff

I was looking for an external part for my 2014 Fiat 500c. Love that 🚗. Impossible to find. I stopped in at Fix Auto and was dealing with Desiree. Couldn't find part anywhere 😢 😪 😭 💔 . About a week later I got an email at 6:30 pm from Desiree saying she found it on Amazon ❤️ 💙 💜 💖. Wow helping me after hours and finding the part. Thank you for the outstanding service!
