Wow! What a remarkable service and quality of job! I was bit hesitant honestly at first to leave my car with Fix Auto, both because it was going to be my very first experience with any auto body shop, so I tried to be very clear and specific with my expectations, and also due to some negative reviews I read about this shop confused me. However both Jonah and Shirley from the reception team, with whom I communicated were both very helping, warm and knowledgeable and reassuring, so I felt comfortable entrusting my car to them and their team for the few paint jobs needed on my car in few places. Due to my car having a lighter and specific coloured paint, I was bit nervous about the end result however what an amazing service they have provided!
The end result was excellent, and they have completed the job within 2-3 days only when the given expectation was up to a week-long, they didn't unnecessarily delay the work and completed it within a very reasonable time. Regarding price, though I haven't gotten another quote from elsewhere in the process, I believe the quote I was provided was reasonable, unlike some negative reviews in that regard I read on Google about this shop.
When I went to pick up my car, I was also exactly billed for the same quote that I was initially given, not a dollar more, so there were no surprises. They also stated that they stand behind the workmanship they provide in this shop, which was reassuring.
Due to my positive experience with this shop so far, as a gesture of appreciation of their really nice service, I wanted to leave this positive review here, reflecting my experience. Thank you very much once again Shirley, Jonah and all the Team working hard behind the curtains for your nice job and great customer service!
I'd recommend this body shop to whomever considering needing any repair regarding their auto, including the finer detailed paint jobs and would certainly consider visiting them again in future.
