I wanted to express my thanks for the exceptional service I received recently.
My car had been rear ended and the insurance company referred me to Fix Auto Oshawa North. My car was repaired in a timely manner and the work done was perfect (it looks brand new). In addition, my car was cleaned inside and out and saved me from having it detailed!
While my car was in the shop the brake lines, which apparently were badly corroded, broke apart releasing the brake fluid and causing the brakes to fail. This came as a shock to Rich and his crew and an incredible shock to me! I told Rich that when the car was finished I would have it towed to my mechanic. He suggested that I should contact the dealership as perhaps there might have been a recall on the car and it could be covered under warranty. I never would have considered this as the car is nine years old. I knew there had been two recalls on the car but I couldn’t remember the first one. As it turned out there was a recall for the brake lines and Hyundai covered the cost.
I am so thankful for Rich’s sound advice. He saved me a lot of money and I will be forever grateful!

Fast and reliable service

I was ready to give them a 5, for excellent service and work, and taking the time to go through everything with me. Rick was awesome. He waited a bit last night for me to get there and pick up my car. When I went out this morning to put the child sears back in, I found my spare chucked in the back and everything all out of place. I didn't expect them to detail it, but they could have at least put stuff back where it was.
