Fix Network’s Conference to Discuss Critical Industry Issues

BLAINVILLE (QC), August 16, 2022 – Fix Network today confirmed that its national conference, scheduled for September 30-October 1, 2022, will bring together some of the biggest names in the international automotive industry with an aim to discuss the biggest challenges the aftermarket sector is facing today.

The first in two years, the annual conference, titled “One World, One Family,” will host high-powered industry speakers, technology experts, journalists, and top officials from the Automobile Industries Association (AIA) of Canada and others. The conference, planned at the Hilton Quebec City, will highlight the industry’s continued growth and new opportunities. With presentations and discussions by industry leaders, the event will provide the latest market forecasts and insights into automotive industry trends.

“As one of the most well-rounded industry events, the Fix Network National Conference is an important opportunity for the network to get together and gather knowledge and tools for current and future business success,” Sylvain Seguin, Executive vice-president – Canada for Fix Network, said.

One of the highlights of the conference will be a high-powered panel discussion with a focus on talent attraction, acquisition and retention. The panel will feature some of the authoritative names from the aftermarket industry and is aimed at providing Fix Network franchisees the necessary tools and knowledge to be the employer of choice in their communities.

The conference’s keynote speaker will be Hod Lipson, a professor of Engineering and Data Science at Columbia University in New York, and a co-author of the award-winning book “Fabricated: The New World of 3D printing” and Driverless: Intelligent cars and the road ahead”. Professor Lipson is highly sought after for his important insights into the role of such technology in the aftermarket world.
