FIX NETWORK WORLD ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF BERTRAND LAUZON TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Seasoned financial executive joins Fix Network board as the aftermarket leader looks to next phase of growth

BLAINVILLE, (QUEBEC) November 19, 2020: Fix Network World, the leading global automotive aftermarket services network, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bertrand Lauzon to its board of directors.

Mr. Lauzon is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for BFL Canada, Canada’s largest private commercial insurance broker. He is responsible for all financial, tax, merger and acquisition transactions as well as shareholder relations. He is a member of BFL Canada’s national strategic management committee.

Before joining BFL Canada, Mr. Lauzon was First Vice-President, Finance, Operations, Systems and Chief Financial Officer for Desjardins Securities. Under his leadership, the company’s assets under management grew from $7 billion to $18 billion. Prior to that, he was First Vice-President, Finance, Information Technology and Chief Financial Officer at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ).
