FIX AUTO WELCOMES NEW FRANCHISE STRATEGIC PARTNER IN INNISFAIL, ALBERTA

With over two decades in the industry, Fix Auto Innisfail is looking to build on their success by partnering with a collision industry leader.

INNISFAIL (Alberta), August 23, 2019 – Chris Peterson, Regional Vice President for Fix Network Alberta & Saskatchewan, is pleased to welcome Fix Auto Innisfail to the network. Owner Jeff Denham has been in the automotive industry for over a quarter century with three dealerships spanning two provinces. “In 26 years, we’ve undertaken three major expansions with Fourlane Ford and now we’re growing our collision business by adding Fix Auto Innisfail to our portfolio,” stated Denham. “It’s a really exciting time for our entire team.”

Denham grew up in this business, starting in Wetaskiwin at the age of 14 doing many different jobs in a dealership; purchasing his first dealership in 1993. The dealership business and collision business go hand-in-hand and when the time came for Denham to consider joining a national collision repair chain, he looked to the banner that not only shared his values but also has solid relationships with insurance partners. The Fix Auto team has worked hard to cultivate strong relationships with insurance and supplier partners and continues to work with both groups to ensure those successful partnerships endure.

In addition to the strong industry relationships that are so important to each Fix Auto franchise strategic partner, Fix Auto also supports each shop with dedicated operations and training teams, management and operational tools to help streamline processes, and innovative national and local marketing initiatives designed to keep the brand top of mind when collision repair services are needed.

Fix Auto Innisfail has a very committed and experienced staff with their shop manager being with the company for 25 years and the technicians all having over 10 years’ experience with extensive I-CAR training. “Our entire team is passionate about serving our customers with the highest level of care and we take great pride in our work,” commented Denham. The shop has recently gone through some upgrades installing new equipment required to repair all aluminum body panels.
