FIX AUTO VAUDREUIL AND MONTREAL WEST RAISE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR RMHC
A fun casino night hosted by shop owner Stéphane Cirurso raised over $17,000 for the Ronald McDonald House in Montreal.
MONTREAL (Quebec), November 22, 2019 – Stéphane Cirurso, owner of Fix Auto Vaudreuil and Fix Auto Montreal West along with business partner Roberto Consenza felt compelled to support the Ronald McDonald House in Montreal after seeing the need that existed for families with sick children. Since 2016, Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of Canada has been the national charity partner of Fix Network which includes Fix Auto in their family of brands. “I wanted to do our part to help RMHC and thought raising funds with a casino night would be a fantastic way to do so,” said Cirurso.
On Friday, October 18th Cirurso and his team hosted their casino night with great success. The event saw over 100 people in attendance bringing together his family, friends, shop team members, customers, suppliers, corporate staff and other Fix Auto franchise strategic partners for some friendly competition all in support of RMHC in Montreal.
“I was completely overwhelmed by the generosity of our guests; $17,321.40 raised in one night is outstanding,” beamed Cirurso. “RMHC is such an incredible organization and so dedicated to families during very difficult times. Our team is committed to giving back to our community and this was an amazing evening doing just that.”
The RMHC network of programs in Canada helps to keep more than 25,000 families close to their sick child and the care they need each year. The 15 Ronald McDonald Houses provide out-of-town families with a home to stay at while their child is being treated at a nearby hospital, while the 17 Ronald McDonald Family Rooms provide a comfortable place for families to rest and recharge, right inside hospitals.
