FIX AUTO CALGARY DEERFOOT ACHIEVES CCIAP RECOGNITION

Fix Auto location joins elite group of Canadian collision repairers certified to safely repair vehicles under the most stringent requirements

CALGARY, AB (November 2, 2020): Christopher Peterson, Regional Vice President for the Western Region, is pleased to announce that Fix Auto Calgary Deerfoot has achieved recognition under the Canadian Collision Industry Accreditation Program (CCIAP).

With the accreditation, Fix Auto Calgary Deerfoot joins an elite group of Canadian collision repairers who are equipped with the necessary expertise, skills and equipment to properly and safely repair the latest vehicles. The CCIAP is run by AIA (Automotive Industries of Canada) and requires shops to undergo a test of their repair processes and equipment and an audit of facilities in order to meet AIA’s stringent standards.

Earning the CCIAP certification is an important achievement that demonstrates to customers and insurance partners that the team has been trained to manage the most complex collision repair requirements and that the shop has the latest equipment to ensure all repairs and services completed on vehicles are to manufacturer specifications.

Fix Auto Calgary Deerfoot location is one of the largest auto repair facilities in the area and enjoys the support of local communities. The shop is already known for being a first-class facility with excellent customer service and strong partnerships with insurance companies and supplier partners.

Owners Andy and Lana Moritz have been an inspiration to Fix Network’s strategic partners for their success in launching a series of collision repair shops and growing their business in a short time. After establishing Fix Network Calgary Deerfoot in 2016, they launched Fix Auto Drayton Valley in 2019. The Moritz’s also added a NOVUS Glass facility to their Calgary Deerfoot location in 2017.

“The CCIAP achievement is an important milestone that recognizes our determination to become the most advanced collision repair facility in the area, incorporating the latest technologies and training,” commented Lana Moritz. “Our business has grown exponentially and the CCIAP accreditation will now encourage our team to put the pedal on pushing our growth forward.”

Peterson added, “We congratulate Andy and Lana Moritz who bring in a high degree of professionalism in their business operations. By equipping their teams with world-class training and technologies, they are determined to elevate their game in an ever-changing industry. Fix Network will continue to support their commitment to the network and to the industry.”
