THE FIX AUTO TEAM ATTENDS THE FALL SESSION OF CCIF IN ALBERTA

Delegates gather in Calgary to attend the Canadian Collision Industry Forum in support of the collision industry. 

CALGARY (Alberta), October 2, 2019 - Fix Auto shop owners from across the province attended this sold-out event that saw almost 400 delegates from across the industry assemble. “We are proud supporters of CCIF across the country,” said Sylvain Seguin, Vice President of Operations for Fix Network Canada. “This event is so important for our network and our partners to help ensure the industry continues to evolve, improve and streamline to meet the needs of this ever changing, increasingly complex business.”

CCIF Calgary included presentations and discussions on the impact of counterfeit parts, managing performance and the evolving role of blockchain. In addition, trends shaping the industry, insurance fraud and a presentation from Kiara Reissner, a young female apprentice regarding her decision to choose a career in automotive refinishing and her journey so far.

CCIF provides an opportunity for all collision industry stakeholders to network, share best practices and collaborate to develop solutions to common industry challenges. CCIF meetings are open to all who have an interest in contributing to the future success and sustainability of the collision repair industry. It draws industry stakeholders including collision repairers, insurers, suppliers and service providers, OE manufacturers and dealers, trade associations, educators and students.
