Fix Network Welcomes Fix Auto Saint-Eustache
Blainville, QC, November 16, 2023 - Fix Auto is pleased to announce the addition of Fix Auto Saint-Eustache to its growing network of collision repair centres in Quebec. With a rich history spanning over four decades in the collision industry, Fix Auto Saint-Eustache brings a wealth of experience and a reputation for excellence to the network.
Daniel Roy, who has been in the field since 1981, founded the business in 1991 with his partner, Linda. Over the years, the business has seen significant growth, from its first service point in Les Cèdres in 1992 to its current location in Saint-Eustache. The company has undergone several expansions and reorganizations, with the most recent in 2023 marking the 20th anniversary of their ProColor Collision Saint-Eustache facility, which is also part of the Fix Network brand of families.
Simon Roy, Acting Managing Director of Fix Auto Saint-Eustache and Daniel's son, commented on the decision to join Fix Auto: "Our choice to join the Fix Auto network was influenced by their professionalism, strong brand image, and the future vision they hold for the industry. Their management and support structures align with our values and commitment to excellence.”
Fix Auto Saint-Eustache prides itself on offering impeccable work quality, service excellence, and maintaining transparency and integrity in all its dealings. The team is deeply passionate about customer service and has specialized training in collision diagnostics. They take pride in their clean and recent fleet of courtesy vehicles, with many SUVs less than three years old.
The collision repair facility is equipped with state-of-the-art operational features, including a spot welder, pulse aluminum welder, aluminum riveter, nitrogen plastic welder, the latest generation scan 2023, large ADAS calibration coverage and a 3D Car-O-Liner measurement system. The team at Fix Auto Saint-Eustache is also certified in the EV Skills Program from CPA-LL, which provides structured training and recognized certification in the maintenance and repair of electric and hybrid vehicles throughout Quebec.
Yves Roy, Vice-President of Quebec for Fix Network Canada, warmly welcomed the new addition, stating, “We are delighted to welcome Fix Auto Saint-Eustache to the Fix Network family. Their remarkable journey, expertise and commitment to service excellence make them a valuable addition to our network.
