FIX AUTOMOTIVE NETWORK BRITISH COLUMBIA TEAM COMES TOGETHER FOR REGIONAL MEETINGS
The British Columbia regional meeting for Fix Auto, Speedy Auto Service and NOVUS Glass franchise strategic partners was held in Vancouver in late September.
BURNABY (British Columbia), October 9, 2018 – As the Fix Automotive Network’s (FAN) newest region, franchise strategic partners from all over BC gathered in Vancouver on September 27th – 28th for their regional meeting. Strategic franchise partners joined FAN corporate staff, insurance and fleet partners, and valued suppliers. This is the first BC regional meeting for the entire team of Fix Auto, Speedy Auto Service and NOVUS Glass with a full agenda of business updates, networking opportunities and a supplier trade show and reception.
“It has been an exciting year for the FAN in BC as we are now a distinct region within our national organization,” said Thomas Maple, General Manager of Fix Automotive Network BC. “With the tremendous growth we have achieved in western Canada, the time had come to recognize BC as a unique market, with dedicated staff throughout the province supporting our existing members and driving to expand the network.” The Fix Automotive Network now has a beautiful regional office located in Burnaby, BC which brings together all of our brands and operations under one roof, complete with a call centre and classroom-style training rooms available for use by franchise strategic partners. The FAN corporate team has effectively doubled the amount of support staff devoted to BC operators, including dedicated roles in Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
Steve Leal, President & CEO of Fix Automotive Network World joined the delegates to give an update on the network from a national and global perspective. “Our corporate team is now over 100 people strong and we’re all here to support and grow our collision, mechanical and glass banners across the country,” said Leal. “We are constantly improving our systems and introducing new technology where appropriate; all of which is designed to ensure our franchise strategic partners have the management and operational tools they need to deliver high quality repairs with excellent customer service.”
The Fix Automotive Network success is attributed directly to the commitment of their franchise strategic partners. “Our shop owners work tirelessly to ensure the success of their businesses by providing the best possible experience for their customers and high quality repairs and services,” commented Maple. “This year, we’re recognizing five shops in the region for reaching 10 years with the network.”

“This year has been a busy one for us and 2019 will continue that way as we’re expecting to welcome more FAN locations in the greater Vancouver area, our first multi-branded facility in BC, more dedicated support to the Okanagan region and the completion of our brand refresh project across the province,” concluded Maple.
