ALL-NEW FIX AUTO FREDERICTON HOSTS OPEN HOUSE

Fix Auto Fredericton showcases new facility and new technologies driving the industry forward.

Fredericton (New Brunswick), June 5, 2017 – Paul Randles, General Manager of Fix Auto Atlantic Canada, welcomed guests at the newest and largest Fix Auto facility in the region at a recent open house event.

The Fix Auto grand opening coincided with the most recent CCIF in Fredericton providing the ideal opportunity to present the new collision centre to a large delegation from across Canada.  “We’re excited for the great turnout at our event from insurers, suppliers, Fix Auto regional and head office representatives and fellow franchise strategic partners.” said Randles, “It’s a great example of the growth we’re focused on here in the Maritimes with Fix Auto.”

The open house featured supplier technology demonstrations including the Honda multi-purpose aiming system, Napa launch DTC scanning tool, Chief Vector computerized measuring system and Global Finishing Solutions prep station and paint booth.  The educational and informative showcase was balanced with a social gathering of like-minded professionals before the launch of the CCIF.

The new Fredericton location showed off the best of the Fix Auto brand and vision of innovation, shared with dealer principal Nick McCarthy.  He realized the growth potential of Fix Auto when initially joining the network in 2015 with a shop near his Riverview Ford Lincoln dealership.  Quickly outgrowing this space, the opportunity for a new development became reality earlier this year and McCarthy took on the challenge to build from ground up.  Encompassing 16,000 sq. ft., the new shop was designed to optimize processes and productivity.  It features three spray stations and all-new equipment including computerized measuring and welding systems.  “Seeing this collision repair centre finally become a reality is a great achievement for myself and my team.” McCarthy said “I’m proud to showcase our Fix Auto location here in Fredericton to industry representatives from across the country.”
