FIX NETWORK FRANCHISE STRATEGIC PARTNERS FROM ALBERTA & SASKATCHEWAN COME TOGETHER IN CALGARY FOR ANNUAL REGIONAL MEETING AND TRADESHOW

Fix Auto, NOVUS Glass and Speedy Auto Service shop owners meet to receive updates, discuss operations and network with fellow operators.

CALGARY (Alberta), October 3, 2019 – September 27th & 28th saw Fix Network franchise strategic partners from across two provinces gather in Calgary for their annual regional meeting and supplier tradeshow. Each year, this meeting is a great opportunity to bring the entire team together for business updates and regional initiatives designed to drive more business to their shops. “Our top priority is to do everything we can to help each of our strategic partners to operate successful businesses that will continue to thrive in an increasingly complex industry,” said Chris Peterson, Regional Vice President Fix Network British Columbia, Alberta & Saskatchewan.

Beginning with a tradeshow the evening before, shop owners connected with valuable supplier partners to learn more about their products and services as well as any new technologies they may have. Suppliers are an extension of the Fix Network family and are imperative to the day to day operations and success of each shop.

The following day saw a full agenda consisting of updates from the three key areas of the business: Operations, Marketing and Sales. The Fix Network is known for providing the most comprehensive support in the industry for their shop owners and this is one of the key factors many franchisees consider when deciding to join a banner under the Fix Network. In addition to updates provided by the corporate team, break-out sessions were also held for each brand in the afternoon. These sessions allow owners to receive more specific business updates for their particular brand and ask questions to corporate staff members that are dedicated to their business operation.

In addition to the updates, the Fix Network team was very pleased to welcome Barb Moses – Founder and CEO of High5 Leadership. Barb treated the delegates to an inspirational presentation on leadership, motivation, organization culture, teamwork and empowerment. Her messages resonated not only with owners looking to achieve certain business goals, but also those looking to achieve personal goals as well.

Each year, shops are recognized for reaching specific anniversary milestones. This year, Fix Network is pleased to congratulate a Speedy Auto Service shop in Edmonton for reaching 35 years of service in the community.

Peterson concludes, “Once again, the annual Regional Meeting was a great success giving franchise strategic partners an opportunity to learn, network and share best practices with their fellow operators. We are already looking forward to the event next year.”
