FIX AUTO WELCOMES NEW FRANCHISE STRATEGIC PARTNER IN BROOKS, ALBERTA

Looking for a partner to help take his business to the next level, Ricky Ahmed joins the Fix Auto network of shops.

BROOKS (Alberta), June 28, 2019 – Chris Peterson, Regional Vice President for Fix Network Alberta & Saskatchewan, is pleased to welcome Fix Auto Brooks to the network. Owner Ricky Ahmed has been in the industry for about 10 years, taking over ownership of this shop just over two years ago. “I still feel like a new face in the industry even after 10 years,” commented Ahmed. “I learned quickly that if I wanted to advance my career and further invest into this industry, I needed to own my own shop.” A decision that has proven to be the right one.

When the time came to join a banner, Ahmed wanted a partner with strong operational support, solid insurance and supplier partnerships and a shared commitment to helping his business excel in an industry that is evolving rapidly. The Fix Auto team is dedicated to each of its franchise strategic partners by providing them with innovative national and local marketing initiatives and the operational and management tools needed to help streamline processes to realize shop efficiencies.

The Fix Auto Brooks team goes the extra mile for their customers believing that high quality repair work and excellent service makes the entire experience as stress free as possible for everyone. “No one wants to have to use our services, and that’s why we make every effort to go above and beyond for our customers,” said Ahmed. “When I see a customer’s face light up when they see their expertly repaired vehicle for the first time, it makes my day!” Since joining the Fix Auto banner, Ahmed has completely renovated the location’s office and customer waiting area to the fresh, modern brand design to make customers feel more comfortable. He has also installed all new LED lighting throughout the shop and has plans to install a new paint booth soon.

Fix Auto Brooks hosted a grand opening on June 13th inviting customers, local area businesses, insurance and supplier partners as well as any residents that wished to attend. This BBQ event was a great way to engage with the community and celebrate the opening of Alberta’s latest Fix Auto location. The team also raised money for the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) which is the Fix Network’s national charity partner.

Peterson concludes, “Ricky’s enthusiasm for the industry, his team and the brand is fantastic and we are really looking forward to working with him to continue to drive his business forward. His commitment to his customers and the success of his business is admirable. Welcome to the entire Fix Auto Brooks team!”
